Fix Picture Thumbnails in Job

Troubleshooting Feb 23, 2018

There is an intermittent issue where pictures display incorrectly when viewing them through the Jobs > Items > Pictures pane but a grey rectangle is shown on the Inventory Report.

You can now resolve this issue through the Tools > Troubleshooting > Fix Picture Thumbnails in Job menu option on the Jobs screen.

Note: the issue where a picture is displayed as a red cross on the Inventory Report is a separate one which this operation will not resolve. Contact support for help with this.
