We fixed a couple of minor issues relating to header indents when generating Invoice reports.

Saving & Emailing

There was an issue with header indents when saving and emailing Invoices via the Invoicing screen.

French Region Issue

There was an issue with header indents causing Invoices to be incorrectly generated when the Eos locale is set to France.
